The Leadership Training Event is about preparing leaders for the new ministry year, making sure that every leader is prepared for both the challenges and the opportunities.

Pastors, elders, deacons, small group leaders, outreach leaders, and others have answered God's call and are Embracing Kingdom Life. Effective leaders are those who seize opportunities and wrestle with the challenges. They know that what happens in their churches is essential to transforming people and their neighborhoods.

Far more than an academic experience, the Leadership Training Event is an opportunity to interact with local church leaders--leaders who are passionate about what God has called them to do.
